Directions to Wagner College

The Society holds its monthly meetings at Wagner College.

TRAVEL BY CAR

Verrazano Bridge: From Brooklyn, Queens and Points East Take the Verrazano Narrows Bridge to Staten Island. From the toll booths, follow Interstate 278 to the "Richmond Road/Clove Road" exit. Follow the service road to the third traffic light and turn right onto Clove Road. Take the first right, Howard Avenue, and proceed up Grymes Hill. The Wagner College campus is on your right as you reach the top.

Bayonne/Goethals/Outerbridge Bridges: From New Jersey Points

From the Staten Island toll booths, stay on the Expressway and follow the signs for the Verrazano Narrows Bridge and Brooklyn. Before reaching the Verranzano Narrows Bridge, you will turn off at the "Richmond Road/Hylan Boulevard" exit. Turn left at the first traffic light. Pass one more traffic light and turn right at the next, Howard Avenue. The Wagner College campus is on your right at the top of Grymes Hill.

TRAVEL BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

By Ferry: The Staten Island Ferry departs from the Battery Park Terminal at the southern tip of Manhattan at least once every half hour. The 25-minute ride is free(a real bargain!). Once at the St. George Ferry Terminal on Staten Island, take the S61, S62 or S66 bus to Clove Road and Victory Boulevard. Change here for the Grymes Hill Shuttle.

By Bus from Brooklyn: Take the S53 across the Verranzano Bridge to Clove Road and Howard Avenue. Change here for the Grymes Hill Shuttle.

By Air: The most accessible airport is Newark International Airport in New Jersey, although JFK and LaGuardia Airports are also within reasonable travel distance. Car service is available from these major airports to Staten Island at a cost of approximately $45 each way.
